ABOUT US

Who
we are

Eight years ago, our family set out on a mission: to create chicken coops that are not just practical—but also a joy to look at and use. What started as a passion for sustainable living and quality craftsmanship has grown into a business that we're proud to call our own.

At Chick Chick Coop, we believe that raising chickens should be a delightful experience—whether you're a seasoned farmer or just starting your backyard flock.

That's why our coops are designed to be as beautiful as they are functional. Each coop is crafted with care to be moveable, ensuring that your chickens stay healthy and your yard stays vibrant.

Our designs are inspired by the warmth of family and the charm of a countryside home. We want our coops to teel like an extension of your space-an investment that brings both practicality and joy to your everyday life.

When you choose one of our coops, you're not just getting a product; you're joining our family.

We're here to answer your questions, offer tips, and ensure your coop is perfect for you and your flock.

Thank you for letting us be part of your journey. Whether you're looking for a cozy coop for a few hens or dreaming big for your backyard farm, we can't wait to help make it a reality.

From Our Homestead to Yours,
Eric and Lisa Hammons

FAQs

Yes! You do not have to lift a finger! Upon delivery, your coop is fully assembled and ready for you and your flock to enjoy!

Does it come fully assembled?

Our standard coops hold up to 12 hens, and the large coop holds up to 24 hens. Adding an extra run doesn’t increase capacity, but gives your flock some extra room to stretch their wings.

How many chickens does it hold?

It certainly is a chicken tractor. All our coops have wheels and are made to move. You simply crank it up and either push it manually or pull with a lawnmower, side by side or whatever motorized item you have on your place.

Is the coop a chicken tractor?

Cleaning a Chick Chick Coop is amazingly quick and easy! You simply raise the roost and brush the floor with a deck brush. It takes 3-5 minutes weekly to clean the entire hen house.

How easy are the coops to clean?

Our Standard Coops start at $3350, and our Large Coops start at $4350. We also offer packages at different prices, which you can check out here.

How much do your coops cost?

Our coops are hand-built and hand-delivered, using high-quality materials for each and every piece of the coop. We believe your chickens deserve comfort and safety—and you deserve a beautiful addition to your yard.

What factors into the cost of your coops?

Yes! Our coops are solid, sturdy, and thoughtfully built, featuring commercial grade 16-gauge galvanized welded wire that goes all the way to the ground, protecting your flock from predators.

Can the coop keep out predators?

Superior taste and quality, higher nutritional value than store-bought eggs, no harmful additives, cost-effective, environmentally friendly, ethical and humane, fun and rewarding! Whew!

Why should I eat home-grown eggs?
